Please note that as from the 1st October 2007 annual statutory holiday entitlement for employees will increase to 24 days per year including statutory holidays.
As from the 1st April 2009, an employee’s annual entitlement will increase again to 28 days per year including statutory holidays.
This is all part of the Working Time (Amendment) Regulations which have been passed by Parliament to increase the annual holiday entitlement in Great Britain to 28 days.
